This vibrant two-level residence was thoughtfully designed for a retired couple seeking a joyful, welcoming space that reflects their love of travel and sun-soaked coastal living. Inspired by Mediterranean landscapes and leisurely seaside towns, the home embraces a warm, uplifting palette of golden yellows, terracotta oranges, and deep ocean blues.

Light wood tones, artisanal textures, and layered natural materials infuse the space with comfort and timeless charm, while playful accents and curated details bring personality to every room. From a hobby and sewing room to a grandchild-friendly guest room and a home gym, each space has been carefully considered—offering both function and delight, tailored to this couple’s lifestyle.

The result is a home that feels both relaxed and refined—an expression of color, culture, and craftsmanship designed to be lived in and loved for years to come.
